- If an item is missing or more: Depending on the amount of items you have your order it can be shipped in separate packages (this does not imply additional costs), so you'll have to track them separately.

- If an item is damaged or defective: We are committed to satisfaction of your purchase. If you receive an item damaged or defective www.equilibriumx.com, request its return. (In order to proceed with the return will need to send the item back to our store and explain to one of our partners the problem, all expenses sent will be paid by the buyer)
Terms of Returns
Merchandise returns will be accepted according to the following terms and conditions:
- No more than 15 days the merchandise was delivered to the customer.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received, without exception.
- You can not receive items that show misuse by the customer
- Articles should contain 100% of the documents, guides and accessories listed on the package.
Exceptions and Restrictions:
For electrical equipment:
- After the delivery of the goods, the customer has a deadline of 7 days to review the terms of your product and call the customer service center to return the goods.
- Items must be returned unopened (except where the item has a manufacturing defect, which shall review and change, not to return.).
IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT ALL COSTS GENERATED BY THE RETURN borne by BUYER AND THAT ONLY THE AMOUNT PAID LESS COSTS GENERATED BY THE SHIPPING IS RETURNED.
Whatever the average return the following is required:
Submit the article in the same condition it was received along with all documents received.
Describe the cause of the return in a letter must be sent along with the article.
* If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit note for your order, any related shipping and gift wrapping charges if applicable. The shipping refund will be processed until our Collection Center receives the good. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be automatic. Step 4: The relevant department has revised if the conditions of return. If everything is in order, it must return. In case of shipping, customer service will contact you to confirm that appropriate return. The refund will be made with the same method of payment of your order. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be automatic three to four business days. If paid with cash you will have to go to the store for a refund or provide your account number.
Important notes
- The product will undergo a quality inspection and issue an opinion if it is suitable for return. Equilibrium reserves the right to accept or refuse the return depending on the status of the goods.
- If the opinion indicates that not accepted the return, it is your responsibility to manage the merchandise, Equilibriu not liable for damages that the customer has caused in the goods or damage generated during product review.
- If a refund for personal reasons (color is not what you expected, is not to your liking) were accepted and reimbursed the cost of the product. However, the equivalent of shipping, collecting and wrapping amount will not be refunded. The refund will be made with the same method of payment of your order.

Cancellation Policies

Your order begins processing immediately after clicking Buy in the section "Check and Pay". Once the order is confirmed by our system will not be canceled and must be handled as a return.

To make a cancellation of your order, call our customer service center by phone +61 421 204118 and request a cancellation, you must have on hand the detail of the items to cancel.

The refund will be made with the same method of payment of your order and will take place from 3 to 4 working days after confirming the acceptance of the cancellation.

If your order is already being processed, this can no longer be canceled.

If you change your mind about your order and it is too late to cancel it, you can return any unwanted policies based on the suppliers' return article.

No changes or refunds on promotional items.
